Supervised Visitation Services in Washington

Our mission here at Community Family Services is always to support children and families through the difficulties they face. We provide professionally supervised visitation services in Washington to ensure a safe and nurturing environment for children and seniors to see and interact with their loved ones. Under the guidance of our trained supervisor, everyone can be at ease in a supportive atmosphere. Whether your family has been affected by abuse, neglect, domestic violence, separation, incapacitation, or divorce, we help you through it with sensitivity and compassion.

Our child visitation work is outstanding and has been recognized as such with the Supervised Network Certification Program award. We always have the children’s best interests at heart and never play favorites between parents or guardians. Our organization arranges for a supervisor to be there when you need them, and they stay the whole time to make certain that the visitor receives sufficient quality time and everyone is safe. If necessary, we can even make American Sign Language supervision available to those who need it. Your family’s needs are our top priority.

How Our Supervised Visitation Monitor Works

We offer mobile supervision in safe, conflict-free, and age-appropriate areas. Trained supervisors are present to ensure the safety of all involved, making sure the visitation goes smoothly and the children have a positive visit with their parent or relative. We make all of the arrangements for you and your family and are committed to helping you. You may be going through a tough time, but that doesn’t mean your visits or your kids’ visits have to be hard or stressful. Our professional supervisor acts as a neutral yet compassionate assistance to all involved.

In addition to providing professional family reunification and referral visitation services, we also perform follow-up on visits with observation reports. It is our goal to ensure the safety of all involved, especially the children, and that visits and exchanges go as smoothly as possible. The reports we write up are strictly limited to observations only. They don’t include any recommendations, prognosis, or evaluations unless they have been court-ordered. You can trust us to be impartial while still looking out for your kids and your family as a whole.

Affordable and Accessible Supervised Visitation Services

Our family reunification supervision and other services are incredibly affordable, and they’re available 365 days a year. The point of our business is to be there for families to help keep them together, and our low costs and constant availability go a long way toward making that possible. We’re also flexible in terms of where visits take place. Whether the visit takes place at the home of a parent or other relative, a public place like a mall or restaurant, or at the children’s school, we’ll be there.

Our professional supervisor meets with both parents separately, so they don’t have contact with each other and exchanges go smoothly. You can trust in our high levels of experience; throughout our time in business our associates have acted in the roles of:

• Guardian ad Litem
• Domestic Violence Advocate
• Court Appointed Special Advocate
• Public School Para Educator
• Social Services Provider
• Special Needs Provider
• Washington State Certified Professional Guardian

There for You Through All Sorts of Issues

Visitations are supervised at all times by referred qualified staff. The trained supervisor is present, however they will not participate in the visit. They will meet with both the drop-off parent and the visiting parent separately, ensuring neither parent has contact with the other. The safety of parents and children is protected and exchanges are conflict free. Supervision is professional and affordable.

Whatever may have been the reason for your needing our services, we can assure you it’s nothing we haven’t dealt with before. Our professionals are highly trained in all family law matters and put their training to use when fulfilling their roles as supervised visitation monitor. They have the skills, experience, and education to effectively handle any of the following situations:
